In this paper, we summarize the requirements and propose a way to construct the IP network. Inaddition, we propose the methods to perform the routing control of packets for mobile subnetworks and resolve host names which contain variable elements such as train numbers. We also describe further studies extracted from our experiments to construct a simplified network.},
