In this system, radio propagation condisions between mobile terminals results in unstablity of redio links, which causes unexpected packet loss or transmission delay. In order to achieve flexible packet transmission under inter-vehicle communication environments, we have introduced an autonomous packet routing algorithm that conducts dynamic packet relay according to the terminals positions.
