Most of these systems use GPS for vehicle location detection, DoPa of MCA system for detected location and state information notification from on board units to the server system. On the other hand, we have proposed an event-triggered vehicle operation and management system, which eliminates driver's manual operation and enables real-time vehicle operation status monitoring by vehicle operation schedule based board unit event detection mechanism. In this paper, we propose a vehicle operation and management platform. which enables ease of application program development by combining vehicle location management function and vihicle operation management function.
