And TAO (Telecommunications Advancement Organization of Japan) are now developing systems where many road-side DSRC base stations based on ARIB STD-T75 (Association of Radio Industries and Businesses Standard T75) are communicating with vehicles moving fast, as a research entitled \"Research and Development of Smart Gateway Technology for the future vehicle-road Communication System\". However, it is worried that the re-transmission function of TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) might decrease the total system throughput.
