According to the proposed algorithm, each mobile terminal autonomously constructs sub-network topology named terminal-group, based on the received power from other terminals. Each terminal also generates its own routing-table due to such topology, and conducts dynamic packet relay transmission, thereby achieves effective two-way IP communications among terminals.
