The roadside network has the handoff mechanism to provide continuous communication environment using dedicated short-range cells. However this causes the deficiency of the end-end throughput. This paper proposes the Dynamic Communication Zone Control scheme, which dynamically provides the mechanism to applications on vehicles the network resource according to the traffic.
