They aim at higher-level services, which require real-time telemetering from huge number of consumers. We propose distributed data management and collection mechanism through information distribution boards described on the e-Japan strategy II. The proposal consists of two components; the first is hierarchical data management for huge number of distributed data, and the second is distributed snapshot to enable time-aligned data collection. We have implemented the basic functions of the former and checked the behavior and the feasibility.
