• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コミュニティにおいては、定型的な知識だけではなく、個人が作り出す口こみ情報が重要である。我々は、これらの不均質な情報を統合・構造化するために弱い情報構造を用いて情報を緩やかに関連づける手法を提案する。この提案に基づき、コミュニティの情報共有を支援するシステムInfoCommonを試作し、ICMAS'96 Mobile Assistant Projectにおいて国際会議支援の実験を行なった。その結果、(）81%が検索結果がよいと感じ、(）51%がシステムに満足、(）55%が必要な情報を得るためにシステムが有用であると考えていることがわかった。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We propose weak information structures to integrate heterogeneous information such as static information (e.g. local sites information) and dynamic information created in word-of-mouth communication. We have developed an information sharing system for community called InfoCommon which provides people with intelligent assistance for exchanging and sharing knowledge and ideas. We have evaluated InfoCommon at the ICMAS'96 Mobile Assistant Project; (a) 81% felt that the search results were fine, and (b) 51% answered that they were satisfied with InfoCommon, and (c) 55% answered that InfoCommon was useful for getting the information they need.
