NVML can apply to the various fields such as sightseeing guidance, transportation schedule, traffic control and education. This paper explains the how to use NVML data and method of system construction applying it. As NVML is a language defined by XML (eXtensible Markup Language), it can use XML processor and developing tools. Also, this explains NVML execution systems and NVML creating systems.
