This paper proposes a method of minimizing/avoiding QoS interruption by preparing/establishing new QoS path(s) with proxy assistance prior to MN's move. The proposal expands NSIS Qos mechanisms which are being discussed in IETF NSIS WG [1]. A concrete way of proxy selection, available resource probing and crossover node (CRN) discovery are presented. An example of new QoS path establishment is also described.
