| 内容記述 | 携帯端末から閲覧可能なコンテンツが急増しており、ユーザにとっては、日常生活で直面する問題を場所に縛られることなく、解決可能な環境が整ってきたといえる。われわれは、膨大に存在するサービスをユーザの問題解決行動（タスク）と関連付け、ユーザがタスクを選択していくことによりサービスへと導かれるサービスナビゲーションシステムを開発してきた。しかしながら、膨大なタスク知識の中からユーザが要求するタスクの検索という本質的な課題は解決されていない。本稿では、ユーザがタスクの発生する場所を指定することによりタスクの候補を検索し、さらに、ユーザがタスクに関するクエリを入力することによりタスクの候補を絞り込む手法を提案する。最後に、提案した手法を有効に利用可能なアプリケーション例を示す。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Nowadays,mobile internet service expands dramatically,it can be said that the environment that enables user to solve the problem confronted in daily life is being arranged. We have develpoed service-navigation system that navigates user to the service by associating problem solving actions (task) to the service available on the mobile internet. It remained not solved,however,that user must retrieve the task among huge amount of task knowledge. In this paper,the method that retrieves the task candidates by designating the place where task occurs,and then narrows the task candidates by receiving the query related to the task from user. Afterwards,we show the application that utilizes the above framework effectively. | |||||||
