Authority authentication was introduced for this purpose. It also plays the role to control the relation between individuals and administrative applications. Now it becomes necessary to consider how to support huge number of users. By establishing tree-structure of Authority authentication, we succeeded in dispersing the workload and finally in generating distributed system.
