| 内容記述 | 我々の所属する琉球大学情報工学科では、特徴的な取り組みの一つとして、教育用計算機システムを自主管理・構築を行ってきた。自主管理を行う中、問題点の１つとして技術ドキュメントの杜撰な管理が浮き彫りになった。ドキュメントの杜撰な管理は、KKD(経験、勘、度胸）によるシステム管理を促進し、新しくシステムに関わる学生への引き継ぎやシステムの理解を困難なものとしている。また，細かい仕様まで知ることが可能な本学科の計算機システムの価値を低下させている．本研究では、本学科における技術ドキュメント蓄積・利用に関する取組みについて考察し，本学科における技術ドキュメント管理に関する課題を明らかにする。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In Department of Information Engineering at University of the Ryukyus, has made a computer system for education which students and teachers have self management and operation. Moanwhile, the misconduct of the technical document become clear as one of the problems. The misconduct of the technical document promotes system management by experience, perception, and courage, and it is difficult to handover to students newly and to understand about system. In addition, I decrease the values of the computer system which we can know to small specifications. In this paper, we consider an action about the technical document accumulation / use and clarify a problem about the technical document management in in this Department. | |||||||
