Baesd on 576 respondents to the opinion surevey of Campus Amenity Monitoring Project done in 1993, the frequency of using E-mail has an influence on the interpersonal relations of students in general. The results show that the frequent users of E-mail communicate to each other not only by E-mail but on direct face-to-face interaction. As a result, they tend to be above average in the degree of psychological satisfaction with the quality of college life.},
