• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，協調学習環境において，複数の学習者が議論をリアルタイムに行うツールとして，WEBチャットが広く利用されている．本研究では，議論の活性化を目的とし，学習者の議論における役割を“好意的発言影響度”，学習者個々の持つ領域知識を“領域知識マップ”として明示する議論支援システムを開発・評価した．その結果，“好意的発言影響度”，“領域知識マップ”を明示することで議論を活性化させることと，それぞれの妥当性を実証する結果が得られた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The importance of the WEB chat in discussion has been well known and used in collaborative learning environment. This research proposes the discussion assisting system based on the domain knowledge. The system has two functions, (1) to calculate the value of favorable word's influence; and (2) to understand the domain knowledge. This paper describes the architecture of the discussion assisting system, and reports the result of experiment about extraction of the domain knowledge from WEB chat.
