Since a partner's situation is not known, communication may be insufficient. However, informal communication has an important role. So, it aims at supporting activation of communication in an organization in this research. It is attention to the act of going shopping as a change of air of work at intervals. I think that communication is easy to generate it since a relaxed situation can address freely.
