 note = {メディア統合およびマルチメディアサービスの統合化を目指した構造化データとして，マルチメディアスケーラビリティパッケージを我々は提案している．本稿では，マルチメディアサービスの中で，特に，コンテンツ加工を利用した課金システムを提案する．本システムのポイントは，スケーラブルデータを自動編集する際に，ネットワークを介して利用者のコンテンツ利用状況と照らし合わせ，課金情報を送受信することによりシステム実現するところである．その概要を述べ，システム手順について説明する．また，時間スケーラビリティに着目したコンテンツの処理手順について述べ，シミュレーション実験を行った結果とその考察について示す．, We had indicated communication services using multimedia scalability packages(MSP), which can provide multimedia information accoding to functionality and availability for users. In this paper, we propose the E-Commerce System as one of the MSP multimedia services, We show the concept of this system, and the structuring methods of the data architecture are shown. Especially, we study on the procedures of video processing and the protocol in this system. And, we propose to transcode contents using temporal scalability. Finally, we show the results of simulation, and consideration.},
