 note = {本稿では，ＭＰＥＧ-2マルチプログラムトランスポートストリームトランスコーダにおける出力パケット再多重化アルゴリズムを提案する。本提案方式では，多重化すべきパケットがPSI，オーディオ，ビデオのそれぞれの場合に分けて再多重化を実現する。PSIパケットについては一定時間間隔に，オーディオパケットについては入力時刻と同時刻に，ビデオパケットについてはそれぞれのES出力パケット数比を一定値に収束させて出力することにより，STDバッファの破錠を回避する点を特徴とする。また，シミュレーション実験により，STDバッファ破錠を回避できることを示し，本提案方式の有構成を明らかにする。, In this paper, we propose a multiplexing algorithm for MPEG-2 multi-program TS transcoder. Proposed method has the character which no failure of STD has occure. If packet contains PSI data, the packet should be output in certain interval. Else if packet contains audio data, the packet should be output in the same time as input time. Else if packet contains video data, the packet should be output so that the ratio of the number of outputted packet should be constant. From simulation experiments, we show the status of STD buffer and show the effectiveness of proposed method.},
