Especially, we pay attention to requantization, and propose the quantization control scheme that restricts a requantization-parameter with a certain value. And then, we aim at a realization of a simple system configuration by excluding an useless process. Finally we evaluate about the quality of image and the processing time, and show the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.},
