There are two features of our method. The first is to generate annotations for filtering barricades by joining the descriptions of their exteriors with a new metadatabase. The new metadatabase represents one-to-one correspondence between barricades and situations of users who can go through the barricades. The second is to find a route without barricades for a user by joining the descriptions of his/her situations with the metadata. By the above features, our method makes it possible to find a user-situation dependent route in a wide area when most of citizens describe the exteriors of the barricades in their city, because it is generally easy for citizens to represent the exteriors of the barricades in their city. Moreover, because the exteriors of the barricades do not depend on any user's situation, our method can always provide a more suitable route for any mobile user.
