 note = {鹿児島大学附属病院のオーダリングシステムについて紹介する。このシステムは，病院業務の質的向上を目指して導入したものであり，外来・病棟の医師自らがオンライン入力を行う発生源入力方式を中心として運用されている。本システムの特徴として，パスワードによる入力者限定やソフトウェア上の患者プライバシー保護等のチェック機能とオーダ入力時の各種支援機能を有していることである。さらに業務として，薬剤履歴・既往歴・検査履歴などが簡単に検索・照会できるようにするとともに，エンドユーザー言語を利用したリレーショナルデータベースやシーケンシャル・ファイルのからの患者診療情報の検索・分析を可能にした。このように，鹿児島大学総合病院情報システム(THINK)は，利用に熟練を要しないため，医師・看護婦を含めた病院全員に積極的に活用され，診療・運営面に多大なる成果をもたらすことができた。, A computerized ordering system at Kagoshima University Hospital is described. This ordering system, with online data entry by doctors of orders for in- and out-patients has proved to save labor and time in the hospital management. The characteristics of this ordering system are data entry protection with passwords, privacy protection by software checks, and computer assistance for checking the order information. This system can also present the prescribed drug history, the diagnosis by ICD, and the laboratory examination history. Analyses of the patient information on the relational database or the sequential data file can be accomplished by doctors via some end-user computer languages. The total hospital information system of Kagoshima university (THINK) has been accepted by all doctors, nurses and other staff in the hospital, and is giving good results with few problems and without the need for special traning.},
