It is important to effectively manage distributed resources on the networks. Some tools have been developed for supporting resource management. Since those tools are usually meant for administrators who control the resources, end users cannot control them. However, end users may have their own information which would be useful if it were made public. Therefore, resource management tools should be made available also to end users. For this purpose, the authors developed a new resource management system in which end users can control their own information and can make it available to other users.
