• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 顧客のニーズを捉えた提案書は、提案活動において重要な役割を果たすが、その作成作業には多大な労力が必要である。本稿では、顧客の特性を表す指標と提案文書の部分的内容との対応関係に基づいて既存文書を部分的に再利用することにより、顧客特性にあった提案文書を効率的に構成する手法を提案し、本手法を地域情報化分野へ適用した例を示す。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A good proposal which meets with a customer's acceptance requires considerable labor. We propose an efficient method to generate a proposal draft which reflects the target customer's characteristics. In this method, proposals devided into reusable sections are shared and used for constructing a proposal to other customers which has the similar characteristics. We also discuss an application of the method to generating proposal document for regional information services.
