The special issues have 11 papers selected from submitted 30 draft papers. The new special issues continue to the "Special Issues on Information Systems," published on March 2005. This paper looks back the past argument on "paper on information systems" and summarizes the "Special Issues on Information Systems for New Application Domains."},
