| 内容記述 | 近年、幼児教育分野では、知的発達に遅れはないものの、保育に困難を伴う「気になる子」の問題がクローズアップされている。気になる子の保育には、医学・心理学などの専門知識が必要となるが、現場の保育者がそれらを十分に備えているとは言えない。この状況を解決するため、専門知識を持つ相談員が定期的に園を回り、子どもの様子を分析し、発達を支援する巡回相談が開始された。しかし予算・要員数の限界から、十分な巡回相談は行われていない。そこで、本稿では、巡回相談をサポートする「子ども発達相談ブログ」を提案する。本システムではインターネットを用いて巡回相談内容を共有でき、巡回相談後も引き続き、保育者と相談員が情報交換できる。結果として、相談回数を増やしたのと同等の状況に近づけることができる。大阪府内の保育所でプロトタイプシステムによる社会実験を行った結果、システムの有効性を確認できた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, kindergartens and nursery schools are facing a big problem: an increase in the number of children who require special care, called “special needs children.” A child nurse with special needs children in class needs special knowledge. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case. Corresponding to this situation, the Japanese Government has assigned a counselor who usually travels and regularly visits each nursery school. However, it is difficult for the counselors to reserve enough time to talk with child nurses because the nurses are very busy and the counselors visit two or more nursery schools a day. To resolve this problem, this paper proposes a new blog system called “Child Development Consulting Blog.” The system is a communication platform for childcare professionals through which nurses and counselors mutually exchange messages. | |||||||
