There are already many methods that achieve two of these three characteristics, but there is no surface yet which has all of three characteristics. In order to construct surfaces with these three characteristics, we construct the triangular mesh spanning data points, cover it with Bezier patches, achieve continuity between patches, and in addition minimize the curvature is to prevent unnecessary undulation.
