 note = {コンピュータは、人間のコミュニケーション能力を拡大する。パソコンやワープロの普及に伴い、文書の電子化と文字による通信は常識となった。電子化された文書は容易に音声や点字の形に変換でき、視覚障害者も読み書きできる。文字を使って通信すれば、聴覚・言語障害者が不利になることもない。文字が書けない肢体不自由者も、体の一部さえ自分の意志でコントロールできるなら、コンピュータを使って、文書作成や印刷ができる。文字読取装置で文書を読むこともできる。コンピュータはこれまでコミュニケーション障害者の社会参加を阻む壁であった文書作成や通信に関する問題点を取り除いた。, Computer expands human communication abilities. Depends on poularization of personal computers, it is very easy to produce electronic documentation and communication by letters. Blind and Visually impaired persons can read electronic documentation by using speech synthesizer or tactile devices. Deaf and hearing impaired persons can communucate by using computers. Physically handicapped persons can make sentences and print them, if they can controll computer by small part of their body with their own will. Many barriers prevent the persons with handicaps from social participation, but computer can reduce documentation and communication barriers.},
