• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 協調作業を効率的に支援するには、対象とする分野の特徴を考慮し、それを反映する必要がある。我々はソフトウェアの設計作業に焦点を絞り、この作業に自然に適用できる協調作業モデルの構築について、実験的手法を用いて研究を行なってきた。本研究では、製品の発注から仕様書の決定までの会議における、発話の整理/分析方法を提案した。この方法では、客観性を得るために、発話者と発話時間を重視する。さらに、この方法の有効性を評価するために模擬的に会議を行ない、発話を整理/分析した。その結果、会議に関する有効な情報を獲得することができた。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In order to supporting cooperative work, we should consider on specific features of each field that is supported. We have been using empirical information to a model of cooperative work for the software design process. This paper presents a method to arrange and analyze the verbal descriptions inn software design meetings. Concisely, we focused on speakers and times. We analyzed verbal descriptions in pre-arranged meetings to ascertain the efficiency of this method. We have found several important features out those meetings.
