• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コンピュータ内に擬人化キャラクタを登場させ、人間に話しかけるような感覚でコンピュータと対話できる知的な対話システムを目指し、チケット予約システムを試作した。対話フロー知識とよぶ業務ノウハウを利用して対話を制御し、動作や表情、音声、セリフの文字表示という3つのメディアをもつ擬人化キャラクタインタフェースを使って、利用者に対してサービスや入力すべき情報のナビゲートを行う。試作システムは、システム構築用ツールと擬人化キャラクタの自動制御方式を用意し、簡単なシステム構築、修正を可能にしている。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A ticket reservation system using a human-like computer character interface for natural human computer interaction was developed. This system can present a user services currently available and navigate to input data with the Interaction-Flow, which represents interaction scenario, with three character's media: nonverbal information (ex. gesture or facial expression), speech and words. The interface building tool and the method for automatic animation control are provided in order to develop and revise the system easily.
