It improves an affinity by displaying the virtual boardroom CG image with participant pictures in the remote site seamlessly. Also, in addition to combining space of the work for the sharing and the individual in this system, it is providing two pieces of different environment from the viewpoint, the view, too. Then, it realizes user I/F that it is easy to use at making these cooperate. Concretely, this system is composed from the \"Common Viewer\" which is the environment to show identical information for all the members and the \"Personal Viewer (PV)\" which is the environment for each participant to do information with interest freely, PV is equipped with the conference view window and the material view window. Through this environment each participant can communicate with the participant in the other site and operate a conference material. Specifically, the material view window introduced the user interface the metaphor of which is a sheet.
