 note = {本稿は，自動翻訳機能を備えた電子掲示板を介し，異文化間ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトでおこなわれたコミュニケーションデータを分析した成果を報告するものである．異文化協調作業でコミュニケーションエラーがどのように認識され，どのように修復されたかを見つけ出し，異文化協調作業におけるコミュニケーションのモデルを構築することを目的としている．コミュニケーションデータを用いた事例の分析をおこなった結果，コミュニケーションエラーの発生から，エラーの認識，エラーの修復，そして共有理解へつながる共通のコミュニケーションの流れが観察された．このモデルにおいて，コミュニケーションエラーの認識と修復の過程は，共有理解を構築するための要件であることが確認された．, This paper suggests a model for intercultural communication that focuses on clarifying how the communication errors are recognized, and then repaired, by analyzing communication data collected in the Intercultural Collaboration Experiment (ICE). In ICE, participants collaborated via Bulletin Board System equipped with the machine translation mechanism. We have observed cases where communication errors ended up with shared understanding among participants though error realizations and repairs. This shows that the process of realization and repairs are one of the requirements for shared understanding.},
