A mailing list is very useful for exchanging information between members using standard e-mail framework, but the messages are usually only stored in each member’s computer, and old messages cannot be edited. Wiki is a flexible and useful system for storing and exchanging information on the Web, but it does not usually keep information on the editing history and the responsible person for the modification. Users of qwikWeb can create a new mailing list only by sending an e-mail message to the qwikWeb server, and start exchanging information using the new mailing list. At the same time, all the messages are stored in newly created Wiki pages corresponding to the mailing list. In this paper, we describe the basic ideas, implemntation details, and user experiences of the system.},
