When a user inputs/selects a keyword, search results and navigation keywords are shown. Our system creates navigation keywords related to situations based on search results and input keywords. We extracted the keywords that describe the “failure places” and “symptoms” of cases. A user input and the navigation keywords have a relationship between the “failure place” and “symptom”. The system scores each navigation keyword by the number of related cases and past selections, and presents high scored keywords to navigate a user.
