Telemetric monitoring system uses Automatic tracking videocameras which has moving pan/tilt functions that are controllable via external RS232C interfaces. Cameras can visually monitor the remote environements. For a easeir and generic access, WWW (World Wide Web) as a server-client interface is used for the controlling mechanism. Clients can easily access and control the cameras transparently. GUI, Java(tm) is used for a client interface. We also propose the policy and scalability problems in camera access scheduling under multiple access.
