• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: これまでに多くの発想支援グループウェアが実現され，システムの改良がなされている．我々も分散協調型KJ法をコンピュータ上で実現するグループウェア郡元を開発し，数年にわたり恒常的に学生実験を行い，その結果を元に改良を重ねてきた．その結果，コミュニケーションの重要性，特にチャットを利用したコミュニケーションにおいて注目すべき結果が得られた．本報告では，その結果を検討し考察を述べたのち，より良い支援を行えるよう，コミュニケーションの立場からのシステムの改良を行ったので，これを報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Many groupware for new-idea generation support have developed and improved. We developed the groupware "Gungen" for Kj-Method on computer. We have used this system for years by examinations with students and have improved successively by the result. Then we obtained some important results about communication-especially using chatting communication system. In this report, we discuss the result about it. Then, we improved again for more good support based this result of chatting communication. Finally, we reported the result of examinations after improvements.
