• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 日本政府が進めるe-Japan戦略IIや電力自由化政策が目指す高度なサービスを実現するには，一般家庭を含む多数の需要家からのリアルタイムな遠隔検針が必要になる．本稿では，e-Japan戦略IIに盛り込まれた「情報分電盤」等の広域に分散するデータの管理と収集方法について提案する．まず，階層型分散データ管理により多数の分散データの管理を実現した上で，分散スナップショットを導入することにより，時刻整合性のとれたデータ収集を可能にする．また，前者については基本機能を試実装することにより，基本機能の動作と実装面の実現性を確認する．最後に実用化に向けた今後の課題についても触れる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The Japanese government promotes the "e-Japan strategy II" and the deregulation of electricity market. They aim at higher-level services, which require real-time telemetering from huge number of consumers. We propose distributed data management and collection mechanism through information distribution boards described on the e-Japan strategy II. The proposal consists of two components; the first is hierarchical data management for huge number of distributed data, and the second is distributed snapshot to enable time-aligned data collection. We have implemented the basic functions of the former and checked the behavior and the feasibility. Finally, we mention on subjects to be solved for practical use.
