note = {This paper concerns with a business organization which is chracterised as an autopoietic system with no hierarchy and no fixed leader. A model of stiffness is formulated by an agent which is developed as a model that consists of a task processing ability a personal submodel a cogitive submodel and a historical memory. The stiffness of organization observed by agents is formulated as a decline in the organizational performance. Computer simulations reveal that autonomous agents who mutually interact locally emerge a globally stiffness of organization. By the model with humanistic personality we can analyse the organizational age and its origin from a social phycological insight., This paper concerns with a business organization which is chracterised as an autopoietic system with no hierarchy and no fixed leader.
