The performance of Boltzmann-Machine-based methods highly depends on the construction of energy function. We introduce a new construction method of the energy function introducing a grammatical characteristic principle which enables us to improve the performance. Further, we propose a new performance evaluation indicator as well as an evaluation method based on the concept of generalization performance.
