It carries out the computation of reactive processes based on the reflection principle of the reactive computation paradigm. A set of program clauses is represented with a number of active processes. It can be accessed from the interpreter in parallel without making copies of program clauses. The interpreter can be compiled with partial evaluation method for reactive concurrent processes[Mur92].
