らにより、線虫(C. elegans)の細胞系譜を自動的に構築するアルゴリズムが開発されており、本報告ではこのアルゴリズムに沿ったシステムをALTER 社の CPLD gene can be acquired by constructing and analyzing cell lineage. If cell lineage can be constructed automatically, biologists can get much more cell lineage and knowledge about gene function. An algorithm which constucts the cell lineage of C. elegans by the group of Onami si under development.
