In an office building, various wireless communication media can be available, and this makes that users can bring the computers everywhere in the building for accessing information on servers from everywhere. In this situation, portable computers should select the best communication media according to their location. Also, communication protocols should be adapted to respective environments. Our extension of IETF Mobile IP system described in this paper solves the above problems, and makes portable computers more attractive.},
