report"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々は，ソフトウェア分散共有メモリシステムFagusおよび，そのための高速通信ライブラリWindを開発した．Windは，受信したUDPパケットをカーネルコンテキスト内のソケットバッファから直接ユーザメモリ空間にコピーすることで，UDPパケットの受信処理の負荷を軽減させる特徴を持つ．Windは，Linuxカーネルに変更を加えることで実現した．今回，同時に我々が現在開発しているソフトウェア分散共有メモリシステムFagusへWindを適用し，性能評価を行った．その結果，大量のデータ転送が発生した場合においてトータルなスループット性能が向上することが確認された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"We have implemented both SDSM(Software Distributed Shared Memory) system it Fagus, and to serve Fagus, high performance communication library Wind, whose feature is that wind can copy received UDP packets into user memory space directly from the kernel context space. The Wind can reduce the overhead to receive UDP packets. Wind is implemented by medifing the Linux kernel code. In this paper the results of performance evaluation of the newly implemented SDSM system, it Fagus combined with Wind are shown.
