 note = {現在種々の文書処理系で作られる文書は互換性がほとんどなく，電子文書による蓄積，伝達，再利用などの大きな障害となっている。開放型文書体系(en　Document　Architecture，O)は，この問題を打開するものと期待されているが，ODAに基づく文書処理系はまだほとんど開発されていない。日本電子工業振興協会の開放型文書体系利用専門委員会では，ODAに基づく文書処理系を効率的に開発するために必要な部品群を体系的に集め，提供することが必須と考え，ODA道具箱として開発を進めている。本稿では、開発中のODA道具箱の意義、設計方針，仕様，実現方式、普及努力，今後の改良案などについて報告する。, Electronic documents we make or receive have little portability between current various document processors. Little portability makes it difficult to store, interchange and reuse electronic documents. ODA (Open Document Architecture) is expected to solve the problem, but few ODA-based document processors have been developed. To promote wide use of ODA, 'Society on ODA' committee of JEIDA (Japan Electronic Industry Development Association) is developing an ODA-ToolBox, which is a set of tools for efficient development of document processors that conform to ODA specifications. This paper describes the significance, design policy, specifications, implementation, publicity work and improvement plans of the ODA-ToolBox.},
