This method involves gradually letting visitors leave the venue. The outflow speed of visitors needs to be determined considering the congestion at the venue and the station. Since there are users other than visitors at the station, it is required to capture the movements of both visitors and non-visitors. In this paper, network data from mobile phone base stations is utilized to analyze the flow of people during events, and the movements of not only visitors but also non-visitor railway users are modeled. Furthermore, utilizing Multi-Agent Simulation (MAS), the congestion at the station at each outflow speed was calculated.
