For example, it isn't easy to have opportunities to find role models, and culture, habits, and systems are constructed along with the majority (men), even if the men do not have discriminatory intent. These factors create an environment that can be challenging and uncomfortable for women, highlighting the need for change. Such a gender gap is due to an imbalance in the gender ratio. IT engineering is one such field. Therefore, to mitigate this gap, increasing the number of women is essential. In this study, we conducted two studies for increasing and radicating women IT engineers. In the first study, we surveyed why job-seeking students in IT engineering chose the fields to increase the number of IT women. In the second study, we surveyed IT engineers' working environments in CyberAgent, Inc. for radicating women IT engineers.
