data hub system has been built on the hybrid environment of on-promises and clouds, which performs the necessary processing to store high-quality PLR data for secondary use. The audit system has been implemented for the system state observability and evidence, as well as resilience has been achieved using manifest difference management. This paper discusses the practices for building the system based on the microservices architecture, which have emerged from the responses to incidents occurred during the three years of operation of this environment. First, an overview of the implementation architecture derived from the system requirements is presented. Next, the selection of implementation technologies and the specific implementation are outlined.
