We implemented Method 1, a Japanese version of a care-receiving chatbot, and Method 2, a novel version of the chatbot incorporating emotional communication through fonts. We conducted an experiment in which participants used these chatbots for two weeks. The group using Method 1 exhibited similar trends to the English version of the care-receiving chatbot.
