Disaster volunteers are volunteers who work in disaster-affected areas through volunteer center (hereafter referred to as ‘VC') when a large-scale disaster occurs. Communication between volunteers and disaster victims, and between VC and volunteers, is extremely important in this activity, and problems can occur due to a lack of communication.
