 note = {無人航空機操縦に係る法整備が行われ,有人地帯での目視外飛行となるレベル 4 飛行が可能となった.マルチローター機・ヘリコプターについては基本と限定解除(夜間・目視外)の操縦士試験が始まったが,飛行機については環境が整っておらず,まだ事実上開始されていない.また飛行機の限定解除はすべて自動操縦となっている.さらに機体は受験者が用意するが,限定解除に対応し入手可能な機体は極めて高価である.そこで限定解除試験に対応でき現実的に入手可能な VTOL 型機体を開発する., With the establishment of legal regulations concerning unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operation, Level 4 flights beyond visual line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations overpopulated areas have become feasible. In addition to the basic license, the Lifting of Daytime and Visual Flight Restrictions license have commenced for multi-rotor and helicopter UAVs. However, the environment for fixed-wing UAV exams has yet to be adequately prepared, it has virtually not begun. The exams of the Lifting of Daytime and Visual Flight Restrictions licenses must be operated on autopilot. In addition to the basic license, the Lifting of Daytime and Visual Flight Restrictions license has also been introduced for multi-rotor and single-rotor UAVs. The aircraft must be provided by the examinee, but the models available that meet the requirements for the Lifting of Restrictions exam are extremely expensive. To address these issues, a VTOL aircraft has been deleloped that is capable of meeting the requirements for the Lifting of Restrictions exam and is realistically attainable.},
