AI である GPT-4o today's era, where digital transformation is essential for enhancing competitiveness in the manufacturing industry, reducing non-value-added work has become a key to improving productivity. However, traditional work motion analysis and image captioning technologies face challenges in adapting to specific work environments and providing concrete improvement information. This study proposes a novel method that utilizes the generative AI, GPT-4o, in small and medium-sized manufacturing workplaces. It identifies work motions from surveillance camera footage and visualizes improvement suggestions by pinpointing wasted actions from extracted images. This approach provides improvement proposals from both the worker's perspective and the manager's perspective, exploring the practical applicability in the field.
